CMNF Weather Report

Spring has sprung, at least for those of us in the Northern Hemisphere.  And that old saw about April showers bringing May flowers had me wondering. Most of Second Life™ looks a lot like May, June, July, and even some August. Occationally you'll find an Autumn setting, and there are those who perpetually love Winter. But where do you find those refreshing rains?

This is a small garden in Lochme, an adult sim (be prepared to be shocked - or not). A friend of mine pointed this one out to me. It's a light refreshing sprinkle and doesn't really cover more than 20 square meters, but it's there for your enjoyment.

I guess with a name like Rainworld, you'd have to expect a little more of a downpour.  There's not really any way to sit and enjoy this one, but you can watch from inside the clothing store or the art gallery here.

Creamworld might have overdone it here. Yes you can sit and enjoy the scenery and feel of the particle rain on your pixels, but this may be calling for sand bags and FEMA. Still it's very pretty and the swans don't seem to mind the downpour.

I'm looking forward to finding a Summer storm in the next few months. Till then, this is your CMNF Weather Girl. Zimmi Warwick.
