This is one of the cooler places I've found in SL. The sim Sao Tiago is dedicated to the music of the South Pacific.



There are the usual rentals and shops, and a bar. And every Tuesday 2:00 PM SLT - they appear to have an event to listen to old Polynesian stories and legends by the fire. I haven't made it, cause it's a really bad time for me, but one day maybe.

I don't know if you've ever run across a place call "Art Box," it's well worth checking it. Run by an avatar named Frankie Rockett this quiet little build in Klaw (28, 20, 46)  really must be seen to be fully understood.   It consists of reproductions of many famous works of art, from Salvador Dali to Movie Posters. A temp rezzer puts up the set for the art work you choose and a pose ball for your subject (or yourself).  Then it's up to you to compose your picture. You're free to go with the traditional version or to grab an angle of your own.  Personally I could have spent all day there, but I didn't want to hog the facility. It's nude friendly, but you don't have to be nude to enjoy it. If you do visit the place don't forget to leave a tip, they don't ask for any more payment than that for this wonderful opportunity.  For CMNF Naughty News, I'm Zimmi Warwick

Naturism

While its always difficult to pin down the philosophy of a diverse group, most Naturists will agree that they enjoy life more without clothing. Naturists apparently enjoy the sun on their skin and sharing it with family friends and pets. For some it's a lifestyle with deep philosophical foundations. For others it's a skinny dip in a friends hot tub. But for just about all, it's not about sex. Unless we're talking about Second Life.™ In our little virtual world we have to constantly remind residents that naturism and erections do not mix. Even the best of Naturist sites are seen as pick-up spots by many of the patrons. Maybe not the regulars who know each other, but for the casual visitors it's a meat market with fresh meat. It doesn't really help that lots of the sites that list "Naturism" or "Nudist" are at best ugly sex markets for the newbies that make the Lindens cringe when they're talked about in media (waves) I really thin
